A: All sessions are currently held virtually via a secure video platform for your comfort and convenience.
Q: What types of concerns do you support?

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: I don’t bill insurance directly at this moment in time, but I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Q: Will I get a meal plan?
A: You’ll receive personalized meal guidance in every session. Structured meal plans with recipes and grocery lists can be added.
Q: Will I need supplements?
A: Not always. Supplements are only recommended when needed, based on your symptoms, goals, or lab results.
Q: Do you offer or interpret lab tests?
A: Yes — I offer guidance on functional lab testing (e.g., GI-MAP, DUTCH, micronutrient panels) and can help interpret existing labs or coordinate with your doctor for additional testing.
Q: What is intuitive eating, and do you teach it?
A: Intuitive eating helps you reconnect with hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. I often integrate this non-diet approach for clients wanting a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.
Q: Do you work with children or teens?
A: Yes — I support children and teens (generally ages 8+) around healthy habits, picky eating, and sports nutrition involving parents in the process.
Q: Do you offer packages?
A: Yes! I offer flexible nutrition packages to fit your goals and level of support. We will decide what package fits your goals best after the initial consultation.
Q: How does pricing work?
A: At this time services are offered out-of-pocket, allowing for personalized care without insurance limitations. You can book single sessions or save with multi-session packages for ongoing support.

A: In most cases, yes. Nutrition services often qualify for HSA or FSA payment, but please confirm with your provider before booking.
