About

Hi, I’m Tarah, a Certified Nutritionist and the founder of Wild Wellbeing Nutrition. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me in the mountains or exploring trails with my golden retriever. Nature is where I reset—and it’s a big part of why I believe so deeply in whole-person wellness.
My own health journey is what first showed me how complicated “being healthy” can feel. I spent years trying to do everything right, only to realize that true wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about balance. By learning to listen to my body, let go of extremes, and build habits that support both my health and my life, I found what I call authentic health for longevity: a way of living that feels sustainable, supportive, and real. That experience is what shaped how I work today.
I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Washington and my Master’s in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. I’m currently working toward my Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (BCNS) credential to continue deepening my clinical skills and better serve my clients.
I created Wild Wellbeing Nutrition to be a place where people feel heard, supported, and informed. I’m passionate about helping clients uncover root causes, cut through confusing nutrition trends, and build a healthier, more trusting relationship with food and their bodies.
My approach is simple: real science, real empathy, and real-life strategies that fit the way you live. Wellness shouldn’t feel extreme or overwhelming—it should feel supportive, empowering, and uniquely yours. And I’m here to help you build it, one steady step at a time.
